Squat down like you are about to sit in a chair. Take one dumbbell and hold one head of it vertically, you will see results. Panting like a hydrated dog by the time I was finish.

The main issue I have is once I set my mind to lose weight, tone up, I go in all guns blazing and end up burning myself out. The challenge is real, before and after squats female. I must say it definitely gets your heart racing.
